Artist Competition Terms and conditions | Made by Me by the Sea

Eligibility: Open to artists worldwide aged 18+. Employees, affiliates, or family members of the organizer are not eligible.
Entry Requirements: Participants must complete the Typeform entry form. Only one entry per person is allowed.
Competition Period: The competition begins on 26th February 2025 and ends at midnight (UK time) on 2nd April 2025.
Selection of Winner: The winner will be chosen based on a combination of engagement and a random draw and will take place on 3rd April 2025. The winner will be announced on this website and social media once the winner has been notified.
Winner Notification: The winner will be contacted via email within 7 days of the draw and must respond within 5 days to claim the prize.
Prize Details: One year of coaching and mentoring valued at £9,540. This prize is non-transferable and has no cash equivalent.
Runner-Up Opportunities: Additional participants may be offered exclusive discounts on group mentoring programs.
Publicity: By entering, participants agree to allow their name and artwork to be featured in digital (online) and offline promotional materials if they win.
Privacy: Personal data will be used strictly for competition administration and marketing communications if consent is given.
Right to Modify: The organiser reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition in unforeseen circumstances.
