Brooklands Relived Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

Please note: This prize draw will no longer go ahead. A minimum of 15 valid entries was required for the prize draw to proceed. As this threshold was not met, the draw has been cancelled in line with the organiser’s right to modify or withdraw the competition. No prize will be awarded.

This prize draw is completely independent and not affiliated with Brooklands Museum or the Brooklands Relived event in any way. It is organised solely by Vicky Anne Vaughan.

Eligibility:
Open to UK residents aged 18 and over. Employees, affiliates, or immediate family members of the organiser are not eligible.

Entry Requirements:
To enter, participants must complete the entry form, including name, email and mobile number. One entry per person.

Competition Period:
The prize draw opens on Saturday, 15 June 2025, and closes at midnight (UK time) on Sunday, 16 June 2025.

Selection of Winner:
One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries and announced on Sunday 23 June 2025. Runners-up may be contacted with exclusive offers.

Minimum Entries:
To ensure fairness and viability, a minimum of 15 valid entries is required for the prize draw to proceed. If this threshold is not met, the draw will be cancelled by the organiser’s right to modify or withdraw the competition. No prize will be awarded.

Winner Notification:
The winner will be contacted by email or SMS within 7 days of the draw. If no response is received within 5 days, a new winner may be selected.

Prize Details:
The winner will receive one A1 printed artwork from the organiser’s existing collection, design to be chosen by the winner. The print will be professionally produced and posted free of charge within the UK. No cash alternative. Prize is non-transferable.

Publicity:
By entering, participants agree to their name being used in marketing communications and social media in connection with the prize draw.

Privacy:
Personal data will be used solely to administer this competition and, if consent is given, for future email/SMS updates about the organiser’s products and events. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Right to Modify:
The organiser reserves the right to modify, extend or cancel the competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
