Delivery and Returns

Because different items are made and fulfilled in various ways, delivery times and returns can vary slightly.

Items made, packed and sent directly by me, including framed/unframed prints, cards and accessories, are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days. If you need to request a return, please get in touch within 7 days of receipt by emailing vicky@madebymebythesea.co.uk with a brief description and a couple of photos so I can help quickly. The customer kindly covers return postage.

Contrado fulfils orders and is subject to Contrado’s delivery and returns terms, which are available on their website.

Framed prints fulfilled by My Print Space are only eligible for return if they arrive damaged or defective. Here are their T&Cs.

Products fulfilled by Redbubble are handled directly through Redbubble and are subject to their delivery and returns policy which can be found by following this link.
